Let’s Play a Game

I’m at home today and thought up a fun idea that will most likely bite me in the butt… Each time my two year old says these words, which incidentally are the only words he can say, I have to stop and do these exercises.  If you don’t hear from me for the next couple days, I’ve probably lost the use of my arms and am unable to stand for long periods of time.

A word to the wise — if you play this game with older kids do not, I repeat DO NOT, give away the method to your push-up madness.

How did it go?? Makenna’s gym coach gave me a core workout to do with her. She cruises through it, I on the other hand, lay on the floor for a while when we are done! :)

I love this idea! I’m gonna do this again on a day when he’s feeling better. He didn’t talk as much as I was hoping he would… or maybe I should be grateful?

You reminded me of running 5k’s with kids. I get so mad when they just go sailing by! Where do they get all their energy??
