Paleo Grilling: Recipes for Summer

Paleo Grilling on www.PopularPaleo.com

We Paleo peeps really know a thing or two about grilling up some delicious food… Grilling naturally enhances the flavor of most ingredients, so when you’re eating a diet centered around quality meat, seafood and vegetables, barbecuing is a no-brainer.

Pulled Pork on Grill

A roasting pan lets you make pulled pork on the grill. Tastes amazing!

In the summer, I grill everything I can. I love the texture and the inherent and distinctive taste of fire-cooked food. It’s so convenient to season up some protein and slap it on the fire next to some seasonal veggies. A delicious dinner is done in minutes!

I had to showcase a round up of recipes from around the web, which highlight all that can be done on the grill. From basic burgers and chops to organ meats and innovative fruit recipes, you’re gonna love this collection!

Roasting a whole pork loin on the grill is a creative spin on a classic dish.

Roasting a whole pork loin on the grill is a creative spin on a classic.

When I’m feeling creative, I’ll break out some of my favorite grill accessories and play around with different methods, like doing stir fry with some prawns and veggies. I’ve even roasted a whole, stuffed pork loin and made pulled pork on the grill! Have fun with the different things you can do with the cool accessories that are available.

I like to use a mesh “frying pan” for cooking stir-fry style on the grill. A roasting basket (above) is excellent for slow cooking large cuts of meat or a combination of protein and veggies.  A flat grill pan (left) works great for large tenderloins or delicate pieces of fish that you are concerned about sticking. And a kebob set (like this one) helps that simple dinner cook evenly over the fire.

 Time to GET GRILLIN’!

Here are 60 Paleo-friendly recipes done on the grill to keep you fed all summer long! From Memorial Day to Labor Day, you’ll be covered. So keep these awesome recipes in mind when planning a party for the dads and grads in your life and a Fourth of July cook out celebration!  But the best part? Many of these recipes are simple enough to throw on the grill after a long day at work when it’s too hot to turn on your stove and make dinner.
