Looking for Paleo recipes? You’ve come to the right place.  One of my very favorite things to do is feed people. Until my dining room table can seat a couple thousand (and I get a dedicated person to wash the dishes), sharing this list of very tasty Paleo recipes will have to do.

My recipes follow traditional Paleo guidelines: gluten-free, grain-free, legume-free, soy-free, and (refined) sugar-free. When it comes to dairy, my recipes will occasionally use grass-fed butter. Generally other Paleo-approved fats can be substituted, such as ghee, lard, olive oil, tallow, etc., if you are strict dairy-free. You will see goat’s and sheep’s milk cheese from time to time, but that’s just personal preference. Feel free to omit any ingredient that does not sit well with you. It’s your dinner after all!
