I asked a group of people to try Dinner in 3, 2, 1 Paleo Meal Plans out for free in exchange for honest feedback. This meal planning method came to me as I was attacking my second attempt at a Whole30. I had to manage a busy schedule, including two kids at different schools, two jobs, and a military husband that I was determined to win over.
You see, in my house we're not 100% strict Paleo. We know the foods that make us feel great (and those that don't) and we do our best to stick to what works for us. Most of the time that looks like a traditional Paleo template, eliminating gluten, most grains and dairy, soy, legumes, refined sugars and processed food, but not exclusively all day, every day.
Whole30 changes that. There's no wiggle room for thirty long days. The key to our success (and successful it was) was the innovative solution I came up with for planning our meals.
